At Letter Shoppe, we want you to love your new apparel. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the transit status.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
